Goal.

For a complete upgrade of their existing website to a fully functioning eCommerce platform connected to their internal inventory and stock management system. Bridge the gap between customers finding them and their products online and being able to offer the same, experience focused service offered in-store, but through an online portal for all customers.

Challenge

The business had some 1,700+ individual, one-off items in their catalogue for release. Ensuring the wireframe chosen would support and suit their end goal was a particular challenge. Working closely with the business stakeholders sign off was reached.

Organising individual product photos to be taken of the 1,700+ items was a large portion of this build and a large section of the build timeline.Tight and seamless integration with their established in-house inventory system, Tower Systems was achieved through custom API creation and re-training of internal staff.

At Chilton’s Antiques, we have a legacy to protect. It’s a female lead business that’s founded on integrity and quality. We need that to shine through this project.

Utilising our close relationship with Payment processors, we were able to obtain and enable Afterpay both in-store and online for the customer for this project.
